Hey everyone... I'm a new member to this forum, but no stranger to it. I have been reading for a few years now, but as I am considering a cycle more and more, I wanted to become a member to get some guidance.
My stats are:
6' 3"
215 pounds
9-10% BF
23 years old
Live in Orange County, California. (probably irrelevant, but just wanna get an idea of any locals)
Training seriously for about 4 years (strict diet, lifting, cardio, and supplements) doing both bulking and cutting to meet different goals
My goals:
Get to a solid 235 with low BF (<11%) and have 235 be my "norm" so I don't have to be constantly bulking to maintain, just training regularly.
My main goal is to just be in peak physical shape- cardiovascular, strength, and size. I don't want to be a bodybuilder, just a bit bigger and stronger.
