Working out for 1 year consistently. I started around 170lbs got ***ressed and shrunk down to 150. Worker out for a few months
Cycle PM25 gained 11lbs Lbm
Cycle Pm25 w/ MM got up to 190
cycled HD50 Clone got up to 200lbs
Now my body weight is about 197lbs
This Cyle i am looking to get up to 215lbs around 5%bf
