Hello Ladies and gents Newb here.

Hello all im new to this forum and to steroids. I have worked out a lot in the past and im looking for motivation to get back into the gym. What are some of the things you could suggest to get back to the gym and be pumped about going. Im 29 and i dont know if im lazy or low test or something but i really cant get motiviated. I used to never miss a workout. im currently 240 6'2" and proably 18" arms but not firm, fat on chest too much fat on stomach. I want to loose more than anything. i though about getting back down to 200 then work on getting big. but everyone tells me to get big first. i can build quick. what do you think i should do to get it in gear? thanks.

I started with a personal trainer. if you can afford it, i think that's the best way to get back into it.

    hello and welcome to AR
My advice is to start with the diet first. Then I would find a friend to train with. Someone possibly in a similar situation as you and help to motivate one another. Remember to start out easy and don't destroy yourself in the first few weeks and not feel like going back. Being fit and looking good will improve all aspects of your life so get into it good luck
