like the tittle says I am a newbie here I have been coming on the forum for some time now but never registered and now I am just tired of not being in shape and just sitting arround i also work constrution (hard labor) so maybe I would show a better result faster ..lol but I decited that i am going to start a whole new me....
So any suggestions on cylces/Diet for a starter like me please shoot me some feedback....
I currently weigh in at 183lbs at 5'11 went down from 205lbs and i am still have a little gut but now want to bulk up and rip up any suggestion once again apreciated !!!
