Ive been lifting weights since I was a teenager (15 years ago).
I used to consider myself a bodybuilder and used a bodybuilding type training split. Then a few years ago I got into mixed martial arts.
The type of weight lifting I do now is 2 or 3 full body sessions per week, centred around squats, olympic lifts and barbell complexes for conditioning.
I also do 2 or 3 mixed martial arts sessions per week, sparring, grappling and technical work.

height 5 feet 10
weight 180lbs

power clean 220lbs
back squat(high bar) 330lbs
front squat 275lbs
bench press 280lbs.
My aims are to gain more strength, without gaining any fat and to maintain a decent level of anaerobic conditioning.
Recovery is becoming more of an issue now I'm in my late thirties, which is why I'm here.....
