Hi, I've been reading up on these forums and decided I was interested enough to join. I've been lifting for about 3 years now, but its very hard for me to gain and I've tried a variety of diets and workout routines but I've made some progress. I've entertained the thought of using gear, however I don't think I'll ever actually get a hold of some, but no matter, either way if I keep experimenting with my diet/routine I'm sure I can get some decent pounds on with time.
