I'm 5"10" 155 lbs(29M( I'm not looking to become a monster, have a pretty low bf % already, just looking to put on 5-10 lbs of hard lean muscle. I hate pinning! Been wanting to get my hands on some anavar tabs or paper var and maybe winstrol. been doing some heavy research the last month or so and was wondering how legit the paper products are online, or are they just scams. Don't want to name drop the sites on here, but I'm sure everyone on here has seen them all. Wow, where to start-
first, at 5'10" and 155 you have no business using gear, you need to learn how to eat. You may think you eat right, but head over to the diet section and read up on bulking diets and compare it to what you're doing now. I'm willing to bet you're way off.
second, even if you were ready for gear, you should come here and read on how to safely use the gear and follow pct. You shouldn't come here for help finding gear, that's not what the site is about.
