hi, ive been reading this forum for a couple of weeks and just membered up. im 6ft 3 205. 10% body fat. I'm looking to get around 230. its gonna take some time but im only 20 so i have plenty of it. ive been training for about 5 years look forward to being a long time member. ive never done a cycle and im just researching up and making sure im well informed before getting into anything. thanks everybody
