Hey everyone 30/m from Florida here,I have just started working out again.Haven't worked out since my mid 20's and lost a lot of size by not eating right.I am currently 6 foot 2 inches and weigh 170lbs,I have a crazy metabolism and was always a hard gainer.Am currently take creatine and eating as much as possible and have protein drinks to help supplement extra meals.If anyone has any tips or advice expecially on the supplements in the gray area any feedback found be very valued,thanks for having me as a member and hope to talk soon.![]()
