    first time use with deca, questions

    ok everywhere I read it says 400mg a week
    i just bought deca but i only bought a 300mg thingy
    im 6ft 3in about 150lb 19yrs old
    im slim n skinny
    should i do the whole 300mg n 1 week?
    or 75/mg a week for a month?

    Sorry if i came on a little to strong but if you dont know what your doing you can really mess your self up bro.The only reason iron said not to even use it is because it seems like you have no idea in what you are doing.Just do a little more research and you will see what im talking about.

    Ok, you asked for answers, here you go.
    1.For starters, at 19 your natural testosterone levels are high enough that you shouldn't be considering gear. Many people do at this age, I'm aware, but hopefully many of these have studied and learned how to diet and reached their natural genetic potential. See number 2.
    2. At 6'3" and 150lbs you clearly have no idea how to eat to gain, even if you did gain from a cycle (which you would not from what you propose) you wouldn't keep it.
    3. The questions you asked indicate that you have not taken the time to study and learn the things that will help keep you from causing permanent damage to yourself, as well as getting the most out of the cycle.
    I know this isn't what you want to hear, but it's what you need to hear.

    im 150lb and i can eat a shit load and i still wont gain a pound
    ive tried gaining weight for 2 years now, ive tried everything cept
    roids
    and i no most people take test with deca
    i just dont understand the cycle really
    400mg a week isnt that alot?

    Be smart and educate before you medicate. These are powerful hormones you are talking about. You could get yourself in some serious trouble by just jumping in without the proper knowledge. Growing takes time and at 150lbs you don't have the foundation laid to grow upon. Steroids are not magic and you will be disappointed with your results, without being educated on how to properly use them. Besides at 19 years old you have plenty of natty test floating around in your system, with the right workout routine and adequate nutrition and plenty of rest you can make Steroid like gains naturally.

    What specifically does your diet consist of? How many calories per day, how many grams of protein a day, etc. I know that seems like a lot to keep up with, but it is very necessary. And 1 week of deca would do practically nothing in my opinion. I'm not trying to be harsh on you, just hoping to help you consider some things you may not have.

    i wasnt going to do 1 week of deca
    i was asking about it
    ive learned a bit more
    and im only taking 1cc a week 2 at most
    so maybe ill see improvements maybe not

    oh you wouldnt like the answer i would give you. When your dick doesnt work and you come back here with girlfriend problems, or maybe boyfriend problems in your case, well try our best, because then you WILL LISTEN. and BTW, you should use steroids because your 2 scrawny. you have no base, and youd be a bigger stronger athelete in the end if you got to at least 200 lbs first, then did steroids, and you do not eat enough if ur only 150, thats girl weight. I hate when people tsay they eat a shitload, and are the size of little women. I tell them, oh yeah? how many meals a day? how many carbs and protein? takin in around 3,000-4,000? the upper range being for bigger people obviously. trust me Mr. LLand, reconsider.

    do you have any idea how many people come here and ask a question, then because the answer isn't what they want to hear they get an attitude? The answers I gave you were simply to try to help you learn how not to hurt yourself, if you still choose to then go ahead, it's your body.

    Dude, if your not eating enough to gain naturally, what makes you think youll gain with steroids? You need to have more calories then your body burns so theres some left over to build muscle. If your on a steroid, its not going to fix the fact that your body isnt getting enough calories to build muscle. Forget the roids, just get a weight gainer shake and look at the bulking diets.

    I know some people on this site can seem a bit short but know that their are some very experienced guys on here who are giving you good advise you should listen to. Wait get your diet in check and I mean read learn and really eat the right amounts and types of food and train hard. The gains you will see from this will far out weigh the gains you will get from "pumping in a bit of Deca" and not much else. A word of advise its not a good idea to ask for advise then talk trash about our Girl friends gets you off on the wrong foot. Good luck
