Hey guys,
I'm Jose and I turned 18 a few days ago. I actually encountered this forum on a rush i got once to use AAS and hopefully get me bigger. After countless hours of reading I have decided I need a way better diet, training program, and basically build until i touch my first needle. But now that I'm 18 i can officially share my training experience with you guys.
I'm going into college, I did competitive swimming for 3 years in high school and a club but stopped because basically I wanted size and density and swimming would not let me do this at all.
So I am here hopefully to have you guys help me form a good a workout/diet and maybe in 5 years or so of training I think I'll start dealing with AAS. For now creatine, glutamine is all im sticking to.
My stats:
Height: 5'7 (very short i know, still a great swimmerlol)
Age: 18
Weight: around 125, it goes up and down, it was actually 112 a few months ago but creatine and fairly poor but yet helped diet helped me bring it up.
Bench: 135
Squat: 255
Powerclean: 115
Very poor stats (please dont flame) but that only means they can go up right? I actually brought them in 2 months from these:
Bench: 115
Squat: 155
Powerclean: 95
So I say I have made some improvements but I need more a lot more to achieve what I want.
Bodyfat??? no idea what I am, a year ago I was about 10% but I think i have put some fat on.
Anyways I appreciate each and every comment, pictures of me are attached.
I think my back is my worst....
OH and my wheels are coming need help with those lol
