I have been educating myself on this site for several weeks now. "A Lot to Obsorbe." I worked out for a good solid year in 2003. In the last quarter of 2003 I used NO2 and 1-TJuice. I didnt know anything, just knew I wanted to get bigger. I went from 203lbs to 229lbs, then cut down to 197lbs. The "NEW YEARS RESOLUTION PEOPLE" ran me out of the gym.(Jan 2004)
In January 2006 I quite smoking and went from 205lbs to 234lbs and not in a good way. Finally got tired of my pathetic body and got a personal trainer to help get me modivated. I have been back in the gym now for 10 weeks on a 3 day schedule. I have cleaned up my diet and I presently weigh 202lbs. I have 2 more weeks to finish my 12 week transformation and hopfully be at 195lbs. I have leaned out a good bit and I am not sure which way I want to go or should go from 195lbs(12%BF). Keep cutting to maybe 185lbs? Maintain 195lbs and cut? Bulk up then cut? I would appreciate anyones input on this.
I am interested in balancing out my hormones and increasing test naturally. If not happy maybe I will do a low dose cycle.

I have lots to learn (confused right now) so I will keep on researching and try not to ask any stupid question.
Didnt take any pics at start 10 weeks ago. I plan on taking pic and measurments after 12 weeks. Will use that as a base and see what all of you can help me transform into from there. Goal 195-200 @ 4-6%BF.
