hey whats going on.i just started on this site.but i have always heard about from my friends.i used to use gear back in the days but i dont kno if i should take it again im 5"11 and 142 ive been lifting for 6 years on and off.im skinny but very strong. i have kno leg muscles im not going to lie,but ive been working them out now.i lift everyday expect sunday and im loving it.i just starting using super pump 250 which is far the best suft i used.so now you kno a lil about me and whats going throw my head. what do you think i should do?
