Hey everybody just introduced to the forum about a day ago and let me say I am defiantly impressed. You guys seem to have a huge amount of knowledge on just about any topic that arrises and are very professional about it. About myself, well I'm 22 years old and around 185 pounds. I've been lifting hard for about the last 3 years and know that I'm probably not near my potential because of my age but would defiantly be open to anything you guys have to help.. Once again thanks for the comments.

So i realize im brand new and all but how exactly does the rating system work here. I noticed senior member, new members and so on. Does a certain amount of threads and post declare that or is it just long term trust.
