    Complete and total Newbie here!

    Hello Ya'll,
    I have to say right off. I am sorry about my first post. I should have read the rules and guidlines first. I would love to introduce myself and all, but due to my career I am unable. Just being in here could bring to much unwanted attention. I do have many questions, and would like to be able to directly contact or be directly contacted by a Mod. or someone else that would be considered a Vet. here either by email or even phone.

    Thank you to all that disregarded my first post,... I should have known better.
    Been reading over this site for a few days now, and all I can say is "Wow". There is so much information to take in. It is good to know that there are so many who want to actually help you do this right and not get hurt.
    As far as my build, I am 5,11" wei***ng 204 - 206lbs. I have pretty much worked out my whole life. My max bench is 325lbs. right now, and I have a 385lbs. squat. My body fat is at 13%.
    My first experience with the juice was about 9 years ago. I was going to do a cycle of Test stacked with Primobolan. I injected 2 shots into the same check in the same week. Both were not deep enough into the musle, and caused a sist to form between the fat and skin. By the next week, it had swollen up so bad, and I was in so much pain, I was in the ER getting my buttox lanced open. All the doctor kept telling me was that I was an idiot, and I didn't need to take this crap... yada yada yada.
    I am 33 years old, and I have always wanted to be way bigger, and alot stronger. I would love some direct advise from those of you that know where I am at with this... I am sure there are a few of you, that have been right here.

    What's your diet look like? Do you eat regularly?, i.e. 7 meals a day?

    As far as gear, most ppl suggest test e at 500mg a week for a first cycle. Also, what do you know about pct?

    That is what I was looking at doing. 250 mgs twice a week. I was going to Jump Start it stacked with D-Bol for the first 4 to 5 weeks. I am not sure what Estro counter to use. PCT??? Not sure what you mean.

    I eat about 3 meals a day, and I also take 2 Whey Protein Shakes a day, and snack on different things through out the day. Mostly ike power bars, granola, or a can of Tuna.

    Your diet needs a makeover. Head to the diet forum or do a search. Also, pct = post cycle therapy.

    wow, that's not even close. read up on bulking diets, 7 clean meals a day is more like it.

    I don't think I have ever eaten like that. Even when I was playing Ball, I didn't eat like that.

    But, how do I keep it from adding up around the waist??? I can only work out about 1.5 to 2 hours a day. It seems like I would be having to really be hitting the cardio so that I wouldn't just get a belly. I mean, I struggle keeping my 6 pack just from the few beers I might have a week.

    eat the right foods and train properly and you won't get fat, trust me it works. you will have to tweak it a bit to find out what works for you, but rest assured to get really big you need to eat a lot more than you do now.

    Okay, first calculate your maintenance calories. Then, if you plan to bluk add 500. Now, take this number and divide it by 7. Eat this number of calories per meal. So, you're consuming the same amount of calories as you'd need to bulk anyway, but you're eating more frequently so your body doesn't go into fat storage mode.

    Smaller meals, many more times a day. Got it.
    Here is what I want to do for PCT:
    Week Nolvadex HCG Aromasin Vitamin E
    1 20mgs/day 500iu/day 20-25mgs/day 1000iu/day
    2 20mgs/day 500iu/day 20-25mgs/day 1000iu/day
    3 20mgs/day 500iu/day 20-25mgs/day 1000iu/day
    4 20mgs/day 20-25mgs/day
    5 20mgs/day 20-25mgs/day
    6 20mgs/day

    But where do I find this "Aromasin", this is no where I know about. Will my Doc prescribe?
    Also what do y'all think about Teslac??? I hear this is wonderful after a cycle.

    Would it make sence to use an estrogen counter / Nolvadex durring your cycle? Wouldn't this help reduce your PCT....
