First off, Let me just say hi to everyone. Now, let me say that until a few months ago, I was a terrible eater. Even though I have started eating healthier, I still am a very unhealthy person. I am overweight, have a high percent body fat, I have Osgood-Schlatter(a bad knee disease), as well as a High-Atal Hernia (stomach/esophageal disorder), and lastly, I break a lot of bones (mainly because I do stupid things). But from here on out, I plan to shape up (at least what I can control. I am 18 years old and I at my home with my family live in New York. Although I am new to the forums as well as the whole steroid scene, I have read everything on what I need to know (Thanks to PerfectBeast2001, the profiles forms, and a few friends with personal experience) and I am starting to take Clenbuterol tomorrow. I plan on using PerfectBeast2001's method, and we'll see how it goes from there. After I have dropped all the weight I want to, I plan to get big. I'm not out to be in competitions or be the biggest man alive, I just want to look pleasing to myself, and to everyone else. I just want some advice and second opinions on what I should take to get bigger and cut. I have all the time in the world, I just would like to be big A.S.A.P. Diet:
Breakfast .... Bowl of Special-K Cereal with Skim Milk, and to drink, a 16 ounce glass of Low-Acid Orange Juice (Can't have anything too acidic, due to High-Atal Hernia)
Lunch .... Some sort of chicken (usually chicken breast salad with light mayo and celery), and same 16 ounce glass of juice to drink.
Dinner .... Whatever is cooked for me, which is never unhealthy, in most cases, grilled chicken breast, rice, some kind of vegetable (usually carrots) and some kind of dinner roll.
Throughout the day .... 2 Oats and Honey Granola Bars (never at the same time), 1.5 - 2.0 gallons of water (getting prepared for the Clenbuterol) and the occasional piece of candy, which I will without a doubt cut out of my diet once I start the Clenbuterol and from there on out it shall never return.
