Hey everybody what’s going . Let me just say I love the site the forums and how you guy’s rip into people when they ask foolish and sometimes uneducated questions. I have been doing a lot of research and also have a good friend that’s on the forums and I’d say we spend a combine total of 18+/- hrs daily (we have no lives, I know). From NYC and It is hot as hell here today.

BF% : 15-16
Lifting Experience : 7 yrs
Cycle Experience : 3/07 (1) 4 week Phera-Plex at 20/20/20/20mg/ed, took Cycle support ED (red yeast rice1200mg, NAC1200mg, Hawthorn berry1000mg, Silymarin(milk thistle extract)1000mg etc…)
PCT : Clomi 10mg & Exemestane 25mg (tasted amazing and did the job!)
Also Pre-workout Arginine ethyl easter, Cituline malate, CEE, AAKG powder and GABA @ night
Supplements : Multi-V x2 , Fish oil x3, Vit-E x4, B-100, Super Antioxidant
Diet : On cycle was straight bulker, ate everything in sight. Favorite meal of the day was 2 Turkey burgers with plenty of turkey bacon on whole wheat bread and a bowl of ½ cup old fashion oatmeal with 1 packet flavored oatmeal(give it some taste) and a lots of water to wash it down. My diet now is pretty clean, although I find it very difficult to eat a lot when the weather is hot and humid .
Conclusion : gained 15lbs kept 13lb and 1” on my arms. Sides : Acne lots, but didn’t show up until PCT (have a funny story about that) and couldn’t fit into any of my clothes.
Besides that I’m a ok, and looking to do a Test only cycle in February so I got some time. I’ll make sure I keep you guy’s posted when the time comes , Thank you all and stay strong.
