New member been reading post for about a year... Here some stats
Hieght: 5'7"
Wieght: 140
Age: 23
BF 16% - measured through a TANITA scale not sure how accurate.
Bench: 165lb
Deadlift: 215lb
Squat: 215lb
Been lifting for 3 years... first 2 years was horrible just getting to learn proper form and what to eat.. This last past year took it a lot more serious hitting it hard and gained about 10lbs of muscle.
I know diet is my main issue why i dont grow... Im going to see my buddy were i get my supplements there going to do a meal plan for 150...
I've never done a cycle.. ill post more info later... thanks guys
