Hello everybody. I registered a while back. been working out for about a year 3 times a week. Just lost 20 pounds. I know its not much but, I am kind of a fat skinny guy. Most of the weight is in my belly. I screwed around with Pro-steriods a few years ago but nothing too serious. I am an extreme ectomorph. I know a lot of people think they are and are not really an Ectomorph but even my sports doctor was the one to make the comment. I am 32 years old and now weigh 162. 5 foot 11. My wrists are only 6 inches around ankles are not much bigger. My ring size is only a 7. I have a pretty sever case of Kyphosis (curved spin) nothing can be done about it.I know I am not ready for steriods yet. I am on here mostly for Diet info and just to learn more about cycles and the do's and don't. PCT and so forth.
My story is that of fate. I have 3 kids now 6, 8 and 9. I am divorced and have had full custody of them for the last 3 years. I am in a custody battle right now and it don't look good for me so my complete life style is about to change from full time mom and dad to single guy with lots of time on his hands.![]()
