Thanks for having me guys, I’ll start off here with an introduction I’m 23 and
5’9’’ about 215 and tape at 20% BF and from Austin, TX. I feel like I’m a fat ass right now which I am although I still pack quite a fair bit of muscle, I underwent a few knee surgeries due to an injury that happened while in the Army that wasn’t all that bad to start out with but after months of 6 mile a day runs and dealing with the pain I ended up with bone spurs, cysts, no meniscus (they were there just in about 8 little pieces), and a long road to recovery ahead of me, at this time I was a Cardio monster and weighed about 170 and “toned.†Now after about 18 months of rehab and surgery and a medical discharge I’ve tried getting back into shape but am having a hard time due to the increased weight and decreased strength in my legs and I’m very limited in what lifts I can do lower body, running is also very tough for me right now even though I’m “medically cleared†and have been for a few months things just aren’t improving and I attribute it to the weight gains. I really need some sort of training guide that can help me mass up some strength in my legs or cut a lot of weight without crazy cardio workouts.
