Hey, whats up. I am totally amped to get some bulk on me for the first time ever. I am 26, 5' 6" and 152lbs. I have worked out for 7 years, mostly keeping well toned as I always had a hard time making any weight gains. The more I hit the gym the more I would lose. After reading here for the past few months I have finally decided it is time to bulk and addressed what I feel to be my main issue- DIET! So I have been eating big- 8 meals a day. Along with this I have been ramping up my weight and lowering reps.
Long story short - 20cc's test c 250 from a well known friend with awesome results, along with 100 tabs 20mg Nolva and 40 50mg Clomid
I plan to sit on this for a few months (not easy!) and really refine my diet and workout.
I am Pumped to gain some weight- thanks for all the information, this site is amazing.
