    Howdy all!

    Howdy all! I am 32 6ft1in 188lbs. Working out 4-5 days a week for 2 1/2 years. I eat clean with about 200 grams of protein. I have never done a cycle. What do you think about pic taken on 5-31-07? Gain weight or lose weight? What should I focus on? I feel like I have leveled off. Very hard to gain weight with out it all going to gut....

    Not the greatest pic but from what I can see you look good man!! Post more pics if you can with poses if you want a better critique...
    Depending on what your goals are will determine what you should do..Personally I always want to get bigger so I would bulk up and then cut back down..Anyways keep up the good work man!!

    Thanks guys! I am gonna get someone to help me with the pics. It's a bitch to take them yourself. I took these right now. I like how my body looks at about 180 much more than 190 right now. I want to bulk up to 200 then cut down to 190. Will try to get a pic of my wheels and back in the next day or so.

    Yeah still not the greatest pics but better...Its hard to critique with these poses..Your arms are looking good, I think your triceps are more developed than your bi's..Look like you need to bring your chest up quite a bit..Cant really tell what your back looks like but overall I think you are looking good..I think you would look better if you bulked up to 200 then cut back down to 180-185..Keep up the hard work bro

    I have a problem too. I have to start training for a marathon in about 3 months. Thanks getpaid for the critique. Hope these pics are better.

    Welcome. I was going to suggest a bulk with test and tren but that won't help your running at all. If you have never done a cycle you will see it is much easier to gain size without the gut when on cycle. I would keep doing what you are doing but add 300 - 600 mg a week of test. That is an easy first cycle with and easy pct and you should get good results from it. Add a little clen to the pct and you will lean out nicely.
