Howdy all! I am 32 6ft1in 188lbs. Working out 4-5 days a week for 2 1/2 years. I eat clean with about 200 grams of protein. I have never done a cycle. What do you think about pic taken on 5-31-07? Gain weight or lose weight? What should I focus on? I feel like I have leveled off. Very hard to gain weight with out it all going to gut....
