    hey all great to be here

    Been a lurking for a while and finally decided to join this great forum. This place has a ton of great info and I'm going to finally take the plunge (no pun intended) using AAS. A little background about me I'm 27 5'7" and right now 195 offseason. I've been competing as a natural bodybuilder for 3 years now. I can't wait to learn more and from you guys the members here.
