Hey all, thought i'd take the chance to say whats up and intro myself.
I'm 25, 5'8 and 145 lbs. Been working out very casually for years, just enough to keep in shape but not make any real gains.
Started going to the gym regularly and using NxCare's Mass Stack of *creatine/amino/t3* a couple weeks ago. I'm a typical hard-gaining ecto but went from 135 lbs to 145 in just over a month.
So basically, just looking to keep growing. I know I'm nowhere near ready to take any anabolics in terms of what I know. Just planning to use this site for to find the best supplements, exercises and methods for my situation.
This board seems to have the least amount of bullshitters and the highest amount of people calling each other out on their bullshit,, glad it's here and i found it.
