I am 22 and I have not tried to max or measure in a while

I have been reading almost everything in the educational forum. Still have some question as to what would be best for me as a newbie even after reading newbie forums

22 years are enough to start putting up some lbs!!!
Probably your 155 are the consequence of an unproper diet/training.
