I've been pumping iron for about 30 years. I've worked out with pro football players ,professional wrestlers and a few guys who competed in shows., in a lot of sweat boxes in the se. Haven't rode a cycle in about 25 years expect for a few hogs. HDs. Back in my prime I had a 405lb flat bench, 315 incline, (prefer the incline to the flat) 725 dead and 600 full squat. Also a 315 military press. I had peaked at around 275 with around a 12% bf. I'm 6'2. I have a home gym with all the fixings, so I don't get out much. I'm recovering from wounds I sustained 6 years ago and it's been a long uphill battle, but I'm finally getting back to normal. That's life!
