Having done it all before in my twenties for 6 years i pretty much new what i needed to do. I had used most of the usual suspects in the past . Could not believe the availability these days.No ugls when i was younger all out of chemists abroard.Sites like this seem to have a wide range of people with different amounts of knowledge and it seems if people are willing to listen then people will help you which is great as when i first started you fumbled in the dark for a few years growing then shrinking ,no correct pct etc. How times change.!!!Great site great info ,researching Igf at present.

Welcome! Hey bro, I am 41 myself. Curious what type of cycles you are doing now that you are into your 40's. Hope you enjoy the site.

thanks to you all. Browboy this is what i do i dont know anything about you so this is not by any means a recommendation just what i do. I have never run more than 12 weeks ever i find that after 10 weeks my gains start to diminish so i stop all injectables at 10 weeks except winny which i run from 8 till 12 then immediately into pct. Longer cycles are hard to come back from. At my age i am happy to run 12 weeks on then 12 weeks off (including pct)Thats 2 cycles per year. Have just run gh to bridge last time. Felt better off cycle on gh only than whilst on. Obviously didnt have the strengh as when on but had good energy whilst training which made the time off easier. Would definitely recommend gh for us old farts. As far as cycles go i have always found that i gain fast in the early weeks so my bulking cycles are typically 1-10 sust eod 1-4 test prop 100mg eod 5-10 tren a 76 mg eod 1-4 either dbol at 30 mg or androl at 50 mg 8-12 50mg winny eod. Pct of 3 shot hcg protocol, aromsin 3 weeks @20mg per day,Novadex 20mg for 3 weeks then 10mg for 3 weeks. This type of cycle gives me great gains almost from the off. Dont forget though i am 276 . I am going for 2 more cycles next year that will be 3 years bulking ( 6 cycles) which should get me back to the size i was in my twenties then will concentrate on condition . Happy to be quite aggressive for 3 years but no longer due to my age. Then less aggressive cycles just to maintain good condition. We know it is not good for us i believe if you are going to do it grab your gains in short/mid length cycles then get off and fight hard to keep them . There is lots you can do whilst off which can help keep as much as possible.
