    What's up

    What's going on? I just started reading threads on this site a little over a month ago and finally decided to sign in. This site is awesome. I've been overloading on info here! I'm 27 6'6" and 197lbs. I'm not quite sure where my bf% is. Last time I checked was 16%. I'm actually down about 12 lbs after about 3 months of being a lazy ass! I'm back to getting after now.
