    Cool Sup Everyone, Great Resources!!

    Hey all,

    I been checking out the site for about a week now. I am impressed at the amount of resources and experience here.

    Been around gyms most of my life, but never competed or was very serious about continuous lifting. I lift to stay in shape and to supplement my sports activities.

    I sustained some injuries that changed my life and for the past 4 years been sitting around eating and getting fat. I decided that since I was going to hit the big 4-0, it was time to change my life.

    back to the gym 4 days a week, lifting and cardio. I even changed my diet, which before my injury was never a problem, although, very horrible.

    Anyways, I have been doing a ton of research considering pros/cons of talking the next step, and appreciate a site like this. I have found tons of information that are answering all my questions and then some.

    Thx to all who have put in time to list resources and knowledge on the topics!!

    Welcome BF50! Ima newbie myself....I kinda feel your pain about overcoming past injuries or health issues, as I've had to deal w/it as well.....good luck bro.
