Hey all,
I been checking out the site for about a week now. I am impressed at the amount of resources and experience here.
Been around gyms most of my life, but never competed or was very serious about continuous lifting. I lift to stay in shape and to supplement my sports activities.
I sustained some injuries that changed my life and for the past 4 years been sitting around eating and getting fat. I decided that since I was going to hit the big 4-0, it was time to change my life.
back to the gym 4 days a week, lifting and cardio. I even changed my diet, which before my injury was never a problem, although, very horrible.
Anyways, I have been doing a ton of research considering pros/cons of talking the next step, and appreciate a site like this. I have found tons of information that are answering all my questions and then some.
