Hi Yas all, Just lookin in with regard to gaining a little solidarity over time with respect to health and finances predicting my results at this moment.
I have only just realised that i have only been consuming about 60grms of protein daily and have been attempting to up it over the last few days.
Oh and i have given up my can of cola per day, that caused me to lose some muscle strange as it may seem.
Have been power walking for 4 hours a week for several months and it seems to contribute towards good weight loss and also a little muscle loss.
I am thinking of doing 50mg Deca every 3 weeks for nine months once again.
And i may try out some 6-OXO as it may assist with improving energy, as i received wonderfull gains last time i cycled 50mg every 3 weeks but became somewhat lethargic and seemed to have an increase in blood pressure,
But very little bloating and i looked fine.
I have checked out Nolvadex but was sorta scared off when i seen so much neg comments on the net with regard to many very bad side effects.
Ok sea ya around and maby i can learn something as i look around this place
