I've been a big fan of this site and the guys giving support and advice on here, and this is my first post.
I'd like to thank NSA for the M1T FAQ that helped my through my first cycle, and all the guys on there answering everyone's questions, which helped me out because I had the same questions as everyone else.
I just finished 4 weeks of UL M1T and it was amazing! I was taking 10 mg ED and working my ass off in the gym 5 days a week, taking wednesdays and mondays off.
I kept my diet in check for the most part and ate mostly chicken, salmon, vegetables, rice, tuna, pb&j's, a ton of milk and a gallon jug of water ED.
I am 22 years old, 5'11", and I am a full time student with no job so I have plenty of time to get in the gym
After the 4 weeks I went from:
252 lbs @ 29.8% bf to
266 lbs @ 24.1% bf
I've always struggled with bench press and Monday I put up 320x2, which is really good for me.
Thanks for all your help, I just wanted to introduce myself and let you guys know that all your question answering is helping out a lot of people.
Now if i can just get on a plan to lose some of this bf i'll be in business.
