introducing the new newbie
hi every one am a male 35 years old and i have Ben lifting on and off for some time now. but i hade a moter cycle accident 6 years ago and hurt my shoulder. so i could not work out for some time got back in the gym wen my shoulder felt better .and my shoulder felt fine but then i but do much weight on my bench press .and hurt my other shoulder. and it hase Ben a up hill Battle with my shoulder .so i stop working out for a year then got back in to it only to find out my shoulder was still hurting so i got very depress and agree .cuz i never thought my shoulder was very going to get better. its Ben like around 2 years up until September of 07 . i give it another try at it and took it very slow and its Ben sore but no real pain and am started to get stronger and fell really good am getting some real good work outs and feeling good about my self .everything is going well its Ben 4 months now and i feel back were i was be for my moter cycle accident. i have Ben looking around this forums for some time now i have Ben reading all the newbie threads so am well informed. right now am here for diet questions and work out questions and supplement questions also love sports talk i love boxing and football the two best sports in the world..

Sorry to hear about your accident. My bro got in a motorcycle accident while racing. Took a curve at 125 and his bike slipped and threw him into a tree. Shattered his hip, but he is lucky to be alive.... Be careful out there man.
PS. Welcome dawg, its been really helpful for me already.
