newbie in the house!!
Hey guys, Im Remy, im 24 and from Davenport Iowa.. I served 4 years in the good ole US Army down in Ft Huachuca.. now im an unemployed electrical engineer.. tryin to find a new job somewhere decent so i can start a career..
Anyways I stand a whopping 5'11" and 190 pounds at around 18%bf, yes not the best i know but when i got out of the army i was solid.. something in that first year being out killed me i gained almost 40 pounds all to my stomach it seemed too... well I got my butt back into the gym and been working out quite well.. im still about 15 pounds heavier than id like.. and now its almost if i cant lose my fat anymore.. i havent lost a pound in near two months.. and I eat well and exercise 3-5 times a week.. basically when i get a chance.. the past month i figured my diet needed more adjustment so I ate like a champion body builder does his last few weeks before a show and still nothing changed.. I cannot lose my spare tire!! but i wouldnt call myself fat.. Help guys!!
I have considered takin a vacation to mexico to buy you know what, cause ive been reading up for about a year on them and think id like to do my first cycle..
but thats me guys!! glad to meet ya all, and help me get ripped again!!
