what up fellas, i'm new to the board but not to the iron or as, but i'm still no expert. i've done one cycle and got up to 173 lbs a year ago. i had to chill for a while cause of some injuries and i wound up getting a job that left me virtually no time to keep up the routine and too tired to use the little time i did have. i lost everything except my metabolism. i got out of my shit hole job and now i'm tryin to get back into ship shape. i joined up to get some support and to help me stay motivated cause i lost my girl friend and all my old friends because i never had any time to spend with them.
my stats as of right now. i'm 5'11'' 150lbs with 5-6% body fat. i'm hoping that muscle memory will kick in and get me back some of it. i walked around at 155-157 lbs before my first cycle.
my goals are to get my diet straight and some strength and weight back before i start another cycle. right now i'm taking in around 2200-2500 calories a day but i need at least 3000 to see any results. eating is no problem for me because my metabolism is so ****ing fast (that's why my bf is so low). i eat like a horse, all i need to do is find the right fuels to feed on.
that's pretty much me and i look forward to getting to know yall.
