Hey gang, I just started lurking on the forums recently. Lots of good info here. I'm 29, 180lbs, 5'8". I've been back lifting for about a year and have done brazilian jiu jitsu/sub wrestling for a long time. Diets good, 4-6 meals a day lots of chicken, protein, veggies, fruits, nuts. I'm researching my first cycle now, and realize how much work it's going to take. =)
