Welcome. For fat loss diet and cardio is the way to go.

You need both. If all you do is cardio your muscles will atrophy. With less muscle the wight will come back more easily and will be harder to lose in the future. I suggest you take the money you spent on winny and invest in a good trainer for 10 sessions. With a question like that you obviously need one.

Welcome to AR budd. To lose weight I believe doing both cardio(helps burn calories) and lifting(tones body & increases metabolism) are important, good luck!![]()

I don't mean to be a dick. I have been a trainer for 10 years, and the first thing I tell any client is the answer to your question. cardio, weights and diet, Especially if your goal is to lose weight. Good luck with the winny, thoes injections hurt.
