Hello, My name is Derrick and I am deployed to Qatar for the next year. I have always been into weight lifting and find myself with more time on my hands over here, so time to bulk up. Im looking to get to a solid 215 pounds I am about 190 now. I work on 2 muscle groups a day 2 times a week one day rest. Any tips on how to get bulk would be nice. I want to bench close to 350. I am maxing at 265 right now. If anyone wants to take a look out at my workout ill email it. Well Anytips would be nice. thanks
