I Am A 38 Y/o 20 Yr. Veteran Of The Fire Service. In My Job We Are Required To Do Super Human Tasks. I Have Had Many Injuries From Blown Disk To Rotator Cuff Tears Wich Required Surgery. I Lift Weights To Stay In Shape And Prevent Injury. I Also Think It Is Important To Be In Shape For Myself As Well As The People I Serve.
I Have Been Lifting For About 23 Yrs. Although I Am No Charles Atlas I Am Pretty Strong For My Size. I Am 5' 8" Tall And Weigh 180lbs. I Work Out A Minimum Of 8 Hrs Per Week Inc. Cardio.
