I am new to this board and this is my first post. I have found some great info on this site about all kinds of different topics and am looking forward to being a member. I am 5'7, about 155 lbs and am about 11 % bodyfat. I was wei***ng around 165-170 but dropped some weight in the last few months due to tournaments/weight classes. I am 31 and involved in martial arts as well as weight training, which I have been doing for about 14 years or so. As I am getting older I am always looking for training tips on how to stay ahead of the game, and there is a lot of great info on this site. Looking forward to reaing, learning and interacting.
