    Newbie from Canada

    Hey all,

New here, been training natural for a few years. Had a little break and am back into training. Now I have hit 30 I have decided to get some chemical assistance and join the immortals. Hopefully I have a decent enough frame to support the masses of growth I am aiming to obtain.

I have recently(ish) moved from a big city to a small town & country. When all the info and help in the world was available to me I took it for granted. Now I am in a small town with nothing I regret that. Thank god for the internet and sites like this.

Welcome. Maybe you should post where in Canada you are. Maybe there is someone close who can help you out.

Ha! Vancouver was a culture shock. If I had not gone there first I would have lasted a week in Quesnel. But these small towns are perfect for raising kids. And Quesnel does actually have a good gym.....

I do miss Van now though, had some okish strip clubs. I liked #5 orange..... nothing like that here.....
