Hello everyone, I am a new guy and do not have a whole lot of knowledge on supplements and things. My questions are I was an athlete in high school and some in college. I loved going to the gym and working out. Well i got hurt and its been a little over a year since I have worked out. I was about 180 with about 5% bf. Now I am 190 and about 14 or 15% bf. Now I would like to know of some good supplements, no steroids for now, that can jump start me back on track. Like most people I would like to gain muscle mass and become more lean. In high school I took creatine, gnc brand I believe, and had okay results. Oh, one more thing there were times in high school while at the gym that I would workout for a long time and then do cardio burner somewhere between 400 and 600 calories. I am not trying to get huge but being a little bigger would not hurt so if you could suggest how to workout and do cardio but not over do it that would be great. Thanks for the help
