Hey guys. I'm kinda new to the whole lifting scene. I did it in highschool for sports a bit but nothing to serious. I've been lifting pretty hard for the last 6 months just trying to get myself big, I've always been the skinny guy. I'm 5'10" 145lbs 19 years old. I bench 175 6x squat 225 8x and dead lift 275 5x. Hopefully i'll be able to learn enough here to get nice n jacked
