Hey everyone.. new to the forum and just getting back into working out and feeling good.. 10 years ago when I was 17 I went from 6'4 180 to 240lb in a year from working out hard and taking very little sus250. Last summer I was 240lb but the 40lb was fat, I ran my ass off and got to 200 then decided that I would like to have the muscle again and keep it so I started weight training. I weigh 212 now and I'm itching for quicker/better results. It seems like there's lots of new stuff out there and I feel like a newb all over again.
