    well after reading and researching ive decided im not ready for aas.
    im pissed but to bad.hopefully ill see you guys in a coupla years.doubtful though.ill be real busy.great board.ill try to lurk around.

    HEy im a newbie i would like to talk to some one who can give me advice that is accurate. I have been reading but i cant find out wat will be for me im only 5'10 160lbs i would like to wiegh about 200 thats my goal i have tried it naturally but it hasn't been working on it for 4 years now i got strong as an ox but just cant gain anymore wieght. Any advice to a new comer would be great.
