Well, I just wanted to introduce myself to everyone. I've been bouncing around on this site and others just sucking up as much information as possible. As far as training goes I've been pretty anal about it for a year now and have been on and off training for roughly 4 years. I switch up my routine every 12 weeks or so and I have my diet down to a 'T' (measure everything, lol). Anyways, I'm all natural and have a naturally small build. For a while I was just trying to cut up and get into good athletic shape, but over the last year my goals have changed and I'm striving to grow! I've been seriously contemplating jumping into it, but I'm the type of person that needs to be absolutely sure, from my view, that I'm prepared. I don't want to get into something and regret it. So, needless to say, I have been researching the **it out of this!
I'm glad to be part of the boards and hopefully I can learn and get help from you guys!
