Hello everyone,
I am new to this site. Been reading a little, but don't quite understand most of this stuff.
I've lifted for quite a long time but took about 2 years off. I ran track in high school and really focused on legs.
Now, I'm 23 yrs old and focusing on being in the best shape of my life. I want to gain weight. I've always been lean.
I'm 6'2" put on 4lbs in about 2 months of lifting. Not crazy serious lifting though. I'm at 182 lbs. My goal is reach 200. Once I get to that, more if possible.
I just want to be built and stronger.
I am currently taking 4EverFit's Fruit Blaster for a weight gainer since I have a crazy metabolism that makes it hard for me to gain weight and NOS Blaster for pre-workout drink.
It's somewhat working but not like I want it too. I know it takes a good diet and 6+ meals a day.
What can I do, or take or something to help me gain weight and muscle mass? I don't want to be crazy body builder size, but big enough where everything has definition. I'm doing this to make myself feel good. I love working out and being in shape. The only person I want to impress is myself. I have a very strong drive so sticking with a program isn't an issue for me, it's just finding the right one.
