    Newbie from Florida

Hi everybody I am new to this site and looking to gain some knowlege and do things the right way. I have been reading a lot on this board and am learning so much.... a little background on me I am 23 years old I am 6'2" 255 pounds I am around 15% body fat. I am a former D1 football player and have been lifting since I was 15 but have taken the last year off and done nothing but gain about 20 pounds. I have just started to get back into Jiu-Jitsu (been in BJJ since I was 10 but stoped in college) and am looking to make a serious run at competeing again. I am still ironing out my diet but I am lifting 4 days a week, cardio 4 nights a week, and I hit the mat 6 days a week. I am hopeing to eventually do a cycle to aid me in my efforts but I still have a lot of reasearch to do and the more I read the more I realize I have much more to learn. So thanks to everyone who post here I appreciate it and look forward picking your brains.
