    hi im new to the steriod thing im doing 60 mg of anavar for 2 months what would i do for my pct,i have no idea

    Welcome. I ran var @ 70 mg/8 weeks. Hardly felt shutdown at all. PCT was light. 20mg Nolva/day for 2 weeks worked for me.

    First off--welcome!

    Second--You should never begin a cycle without having everything planned out fully, including your PCT...

    Props to you for having the foresight to get on here and ask for some help...better than ignoring the whole process altogether.

    Is winnie often used alone in a similar fashion to Anavar? I typically only see it stacked and toward the end of a cycle...

    You'll recieve mild results (after all said and done) at best, with an oral only cycle.
