Hey everyone I'm new so be nice haha. I am 6'4" 226lbs. I am 21 and am becoming interested in gear because although I am 226 I look about 200. It has never been about the weight for me, just the look. It's hard to put on size because I've always been lanky. At age 16 I was 6'4" and only 175. 6 years of regular lifting experience starting with sports and when I got to college just for the love of it.
Weekly Workout:
Mon-Chest
Tues-Back
Wed-Shoulders/Traps
Thurs-Legs
Fri-Arms
I am eating roughly 3500-4000 Cals a day and doing no cardio. I can't seem to gain the size I want. Low BF >15%, no cardio.
Any Ideas/Suggestions without gear cause I'm still doing my research.
