AAh no, i have just been on a good high protein high carb shake with my
animal pack, but i will be going on a cycle in 9 days and i am counting the seconds mate

, i suspect that my thyroid is overactive so my body fat % is at about 10 so i will be hitting a nice test Cyp/Enanth for about 14 weeks or so, obviously with the proper PCT and diet etc. Thus far have i followed Lee-Priest's "stuff your face with anyhing possible" diet, so i am not really worried about what i eat, obvously sticking to the basics ie Tuna, Chicken, oatmeal etc.My biggest problem is that when i grew up we never really ate "big" in the evenings so i am trying to force myself to atleast eat something after 21:00pm. I am also considering going on GH but i am still doing my research on this great site, but i am rougly sitting on 200lb's natty. I am currently following Carlos_E 's training routine and must say that it has helped me pushing through my plateu. PS: Eventually got this months muscle evolution magazine, great info has always Merc..
